Notes/recording from second Thunderbird community meeting 4/19/2022

On 4/19/2022, Lawrenceville United & Lawrenceville Corporation hosted a follow-up community meeting to the 2/24/2022 meeting, in which Thunderbird presented a request to the community to amend their consent order to (1) increase their occupancy from 382 to 573, and (2) reduce the consent order’s parking requirement of 75 parking spots to what current zoning mandates for their venue (10 parking spots).
