Community Meeting on Thunderbird consent agreement
In 2014, Lawrenceville Corporation and Lawrenceville United entered into an agreement with Thunderbird Café (4053 Butler St) that resulted in a court order outlining occupancy and operational limitations. On Thunderbird’s request, we entered into conversations to amend items outlined in the agreement, beginning with a community meeting on February 24th.
