On November 25th, Chip Desmone met with community members to present his plan for a 4-floor apartment building adjacent to the current town homes at Doughboy Square.  The project will include first floor retail space, and three floors of residential units (12 units in total), with 12 underground parking stalls and 10 bike parking spaces.  The plan is still in development, and they have not yet requested any zoning approvals, but will be filing with the Zoning Board of Adjustments as part of the development process.  The attendees echoed general concerns over parking and idling cars, but otherwise seemed in favor of the development.
