Holy Family Update

Many residents have called asking for an update on the potential reuse of Holy Family School and Church on 45th Street.  A hearing was held on October 11, 2012.  The Zoning Board of Adjustments has not yet released the decision on the variances that E Properties and Development sought at the hearing and as part of the plans to reuse the structures for a multi-family residential development.  It is our understanding that a decision will be released within the next two weeks and we will provide an update to our membership and all of those who participated in the meetings as soon as a decision has been released.
