New Social Club coming to Polish Hill

The owners RCH Pittsburgh LLC are planning to open a Social Club/ Banquet Hall at 0 Sassafras Street for use by S.A.P.P. (Social Association for Pittsburgh Professionals).  The use requires approval of Variance:911.03.B – variance under unlisted uses for banquet and social hall.
The Polish Hill Civic Association (PHCA) has invited neighbors in Lawrenceville, Bloomfield, and the Strip District to attend a community meeting  regarding the creation of the social club, as it is planned for a building that is located where all of our neighborhoods meet.
The meeting will be held at the West Penn Rec Center (lower level) on Thursday, Jan. 10 from 6-8 p.m.  For any questions please call the PHCA office at 412-681-1950 or Lawrenceville United at 412-802-7220.
