Please see below for some updates on plans for The Foundry Phase 2, a proposed new office space adjacent to The Foundry, a multi-family apartment complex. You can read the full notes here.
- Fort Willow Developers is proposing a 4 floor office space with parking on the ground floor and 3 floors of high tech office space. The development includes 160 parking spaces, which is greater than the project’s required 100 parking spaces.
- The Foundry Phase 2 as proposed will not require any zoning variances, and so is a development by-right. However there will be a public process before the Planning Commission because the project is within the Riverfront Interim Planning Overlay District, the date is TBD.
