Holy Family Site

E Properties and Development issued a press release 12/17/14 clarifying that Synergy Capital is an investor in the project, but is not a partner. E Properties and Development is still leading the project.

E Properties & Development/LDA Architects INC has been granted a Special Exception by the Zoning Board of Adjustments to allow a change from one non-conforming use to another for 250-252-256 44th Street.  In addition, they determined that a variance to allow a 10-foot setback was not needed because the property has been operating with a 0-foot setback.  This decision is currently being appealed.
