2013 Lawrenceville Summer Celebration Day Camp Registration is OPEN!

2013 marks the 6th season of our Summer Celebration Day Camp.  In order to continue to offer a higher level of service including skilled recruitment and training of our camp staff, as well as, the impressive programming we have and continue to build upon each summer, we have made a few changes to the registration process:

Camp will be open to all families of Lawrenceville, as well as, the surrounding communities for any child age 4 - 14.

• Lawrenceville families will have a priority registration period through April 15^th.  Afterward, registration is open for all surrounding neighborhoods.

Lawrenceville families must submit a utility bill with the registering parent's name in order to qualitfy as a Lawrenceville resident.

Camp will last for 6 weeks and run from 10a – 4p Monday through Friday.

Summer Celebration will cost 25.00 a week for Lawrenceville residents1 and 30.00 a week for all other residents.  Swim lessons are an additional 10.00 a week per child.

• Checks should be made payable to Lawrenceville United, with Summer Celebration in the memo section.
• If you cannot pay in full, first and last week payment is due prior in order to fully register your child.
  • If you are paying on a weekly basis, weekly payments are due on the Monday PRIOR (6.24, 7.1, 7.8, and 7.15) to each unpaid week.  Any child not current on payments will be turned away from camp on the start of the first week they are unpaid.

We are no longer providing transportation to and from camp, but Arsenal 6-8 will be open at 9:30a for parents to drop their children off and will stay open until 4:30p for parents to pick-up.

• You can give your child permission to walk to and from camp on their own, but this must be indicated on the registration form.  Otherwise they CANNOT leave until person(s) listed on the registration form come to pick them up.

Our Summer Celebration day camp will be held June 24, 2013 through August 2, 2013 from children ages 4-14 from 10a - 4p at Pittsburgh Arsenal 6-8 - 220 40th Street.

Lunch and an afternoon snack will be provided for all registered children.

The camp will be hosted again at Pittsburgh Arsenal 6-8 @ 220 40th Street.  The kids will have access to the school’s pool, outdoor patio, soccer field, gymnasium, and bathrooms.  Swim lessons are also available for an additional fee.  If interested, please indicate on the registration sheet and details will be sent to you prior to the start of camp.
